There is much wisdom residing below consciousness in our human reality.

These three days provide you with an opportunity to understand and invoke mindfulness. There will be space to paying attention in the present moment to this wisdom just below your conscious awareness. You will come to be more grateful for the wisdom awareness your body sensations provide.

You’ll be invited to experience personally how movement, relaxation and guided meditation enhance awareness and your sense of being fully alive. The energy of aliveness is very uplifting and can be playful at times.

Movement done with attention to your body sensations, progressive muscular relaxation, and guided stillness-based meditation fosters bringing you into being open and present in a way that allows this wisdom to be experienced and integrated into your consciousness.

There will be opportunity to immerse yourself in soul collage as another way of being present to this deeper wisdom. The simplistic act of making soul cards draws you into being creatively present in the moment. Potential outcomes for you are igniting intuition, encouraging self-discovery, and provision of personal guidance for your life.

Another opportunity to access this deeper wisdom and have your senses liberated will be presence through poetry. The poetry offered will lead you into reflection and self-awareness and some poems will entice you to commune with nature. Being truly present in this beautiful location along the riverbank and with an abundance of bird song is bound to enhance your appreciation of nature.

Choosing to spend these days apart from your usual involvements promises to enliven you and hopefully awaken you to becoming more aware of living fully and abundantly in the present moment.

Vicki has a passion for and experience and qualifications in meditation, relaxation, yoga, mindfulness, contemplation, imagery, soul collage and teaching. She is a practicing spiritual director.
