Take this time as an opportunity to expand your sense of peace and to restore your well-being. Invitational gentling experiences will be offered through calming movements, deep relaxation and guided meditation.
Hands on creating will utilise materials that nature provides. These tactile experiences are beneficial in anchoring you to the natural world and drawing upon your creativity. Such opportunities offer personal connection to your inner experiences as potential for healing and can calm a busy mind and ease emotional tension.
Further opportunities will be offered to involve yourself in creating mandalas. Colouring these symbolic geometric designs can induce a peaceful present moment experience. This process allows for your emotional intelligence to surface through colours and designs choosing you.
It is envisaged that the day will allow you to experience a deepening of peace and well-being through calming creative activities and meditative reflective spaces amongst tranquil surrounds which naturally lure you into being peacefully relaxed.

Vicki has a passion for and experience and qualifications in meditation, relaxation, yoga, mindfulness, contemplation, imagery, soul collage and teaching. She is a practicing spiritual director.
